Cookies

This page explains how Skedrix uses cookies and browser storage. We keep it minimal by design.

Strictly necessary cookies

We use session cookies required for authentication (keeping you logged in) and CSRF protection, including inside the Android app's WebView when you use the staff application. Without these, the service cannot function. These cookies are set only when you use the app — the public landing pages do not set any cookies.

Local storage (preferences)

We use browser localStorage to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode), your language choice, persisted app state (including your session and UI preferences), and, on web, in-progress onboarding drafts and guest-booking details. On the Android app, we also keep a local reference to your push-notification (FCM) registration token. Most of this data never leaves your device and is not sent to our servers on its own.

Analytics and marketing cookies

Skedrix does not currently use any analytics or marketing cookies. If this changes in the future, this page will be updated and appropriate consent will be requested.

Managing cookies

You can clear cookies and localStorage at any time through your browser settings. Clearing session cookies will log you out. Clearing localStorage will reset your theme and language preferences to the defaults.

Mobile app storage and diagnostics

If you submit a bug report from within the app, that report can include your current app state, browser/user-agent and operating system information, and the contents of your local storage at that moment — this only happens when you explicitly choose to send that report, and the app discloses what it contains beforehand. Clearing the app's storage (or the Android WebView's storage) signs you out and resets your local preferences to their defaults, and on Android it may require you to register for push notifications again.
