Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

By creating an account or using the Skedrix service you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

Skedrix provides an online appointment scheduling platform for businesses and professionals. The platform allows businesses ('Businesses') to manage their agenda, employees, branches, and services, and allows their customers ('End Users') to book appointments online.

2. Account registration

To use Skedrix you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorised to enter into contracts on behalf of the business you register.

3. Subscription and payment

Skedrix offers paid subscription plans billed in Argentine pesos (ARS) via Mercado Pago, an independent third-party payment processor. By subscribing you authorise Skedrix to charge the applicable plan fee on the billing cycle you selected (monthly or yearly). Prices are subject to change; we will notify you at least 30 days in advance of any increase. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Free trial

New accounts receive a free trial period with full access to the selected plan. The trial length is indicated during sign-up. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, access may be limited until a paid subscription is activated.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing settings in your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to the service until that date. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Skedrix for any unlawful purpose; to send spam or unsolicited communications to End Users; to attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access; to interfere with the availability or security of the platform; or to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the software.

7. Intellectual property

Skedrix and its logo, software, and content are the intellectual property of the Skedrix team. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform for your business operations. You retain full ownership of the data you enter into Skedrix.

8. Data and privacy

Your use of Skedrix is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate consents and legal basis to share your customers' personal data with Skedrix for the purpose of operating the booking service.

9. Limitation of liability

Skedrix is not intended for use in emergencies or any situation where system downtime could cause direct harm to health, safety, or critical operations. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skedrix's total liability to you for any claim arising from the use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will notify you by email or through the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Account suspension and termination

Skedrix may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if your subscription payment fails and is not resolved within a reasonable period, or if we are required to do so by law; we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before taking action. You may also request deletion of your own account and personal data at any time from your Profile or the public account-deletion page — this never deletes anything immediately: a confirmation email is sent first, and the five-calendar-day deletion period begins only once you confirm that link, during which you can cancel the request from your Profile and keep using the service normally. What is deleted or anonymized depends on your role (Customer, Employee, or Business Manager) and is described in full in our Privacy Policy, and we retain the minimum data required by law for billing, security, fraud-prevention, and audit purposes even after deletion.

12. Service availability

We aim to keep Skedrix available and reliable, but we do not guarantee any specific uptime or service level. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from planned or unplanned downtime. Support is provided on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed within any specific time frame.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of Argentina.

14. Mobile Applications

Skedrix offers a native Android application intended exclusively for Business Managers and Employees to operate their agenda, appointments, and team. Customers do not use the Android app; booking, cancellation, and account management for End Users remain available only through the web platform.

15. Push Notifications

The Android application may request permission to send push notifications for appointment and operational updates. Enabling push notifications is optional and is not a condition of installing or using the app. You can revoke this permission at any time from your device's Android settings, which stops future push notifications without affecting your ability to use the app.

16. Third-Party App Stores

The Android application is distributed through Google Play. We are not responsible for outages, listing removal, review or approval delays, or device compatibility issues attributable to Google Play or your device manufacturer, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
